The location proved convenient. It was close to shops and local attractions. The staff helped with directions. My birthday was acknowledged with a complimentary drink and some chocolates. I really liked that.
The room showed slight signs of wear. There were some scuff marks noticeable on the paintwork.

the location was just perfect, right in the city center! the breakfast had so many choices, it was AMAZING!!! the staff were super cute and always ready to help.
the street noise was pretty loud, especially late at night, so i had some trouble falling asleep.

The room was lovely and very clean. all the staff i spoke to were very friendly and helpful. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room with water and biscuits. i liked the fabulous location of the place. It was easy to reach many attractions.
